The color looks just like the photo my pictures make it seem lighter but it is not. I also love that it has a pretty design on it and not just colored.

I love this bread cloche. My sourdough bakes evenly and the bottom doesn’t burn. My only regret is not purchasing 2 while they were on sale.

I love this Dutch oven!! It’s right up my alley with the fun green color and cactus design. It also bakes bread well and washes up nicely! Great buy.

Use & Care
Use & Care
- Heat your pan gently on low to medium heat. Taking it slow helps protect the enamel and ensures your bread bakes evenly every time.
- Wooden or silicone utensils are best—they prevent scratching the enamel surface and keep your pan looking pristine.
- While dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to preserve the enamel’s finish. Avoid metal sponges or abrasive scrubbers to prevent scratching.
- Use it confidently on stovetops and in ovens up to 500°F (260°C), offering versatile baking options.
- For stubborn stains, apply a baking soda paste, let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then gently scrub and rinse.
- Before storing, ensure your pan is dry. When stacking, place a soft cloth or pan protector between pieces to maintain a flawless finish.

This sourdough bread oven is the very best value for your money, out of all the sourdough pans, I know because I thoroughly researched it. It bakes the most wonderful bread. Because of the dome style lid, plenty of steam is trapped inside which is what you want when baking sourdough bread. The bottom part of the pan is shallow which allows easy access and placement of the dough. The pan is caste iron and it's heavy. The handles are big which allows your gloved hands to fit around them nicely. I've baked three loaves so far (I'm just new to sourdough) and each one came out perfect and I believe its mainly because of this well functioning bread oven. I give it an easy, gentle hand wash and then I display it on top of my stove because its so amazingly beautiful. I'm going to buy the oblong bread oven also by Flavehc for baking cinnamon, raisin sourdough bread. Please trust me, you won't be disappointed in this fabulous bread oven (and I don't work for them!)
This makes beautiful bread. Love it. One of my most used kitchen pieces
Well made! Smaller than I expected but that’s ok. My mom and i recently started making sourdough so we’re excited to use this and have different options of sizes for bread making. Great color we got the sage green one 8 inch. Cute designs on it. My mom loved it
One star, that's all because I could not give a half star
Got for my bestie's birthday. She loves it! Has used it multiple times. There is a little chip after using it so many times already, but that'll happen with those cast iron coatings-inevitable, really. Not too heavy. It is a little smaller than originally thought it would be, but the design and color is cute.

How do I properly clean and care for my cookware?
Hand washing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge is best. Avoid harsh detergents and abrasive scrubbers that can wear down the enamel. Always let your pan cool before washing to prevent cracking from sudden temperature changes.
How does enameled cast iron perform compared to traditional cast iron?
Enameled cast iron offers the same excellent heat retention and even cooking but without the hassle of seasoning. The enamel surface is non-reactive, so you can cook acidic foods worry-free. It’s easier to clean and doesn’t rust, while still delivering that classic cast iron performance.
What if the enamel chips?
Minor chips won’t affect cooking, but deep ones can expose the cast iron beneath, which might be prone to rust. To keep your cookware looking its best, avoid banging it around and use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils. Hand wash gently with warm, soapy water after the pan has cooled.
What makes your enamel coating special?
Our cookware features a durable 3-layer enamel finish. It starts with a base layer fused tightly to the cast iron, followed by one or two extra layers that add thickness and toughness. The glossy top layer gives a smooth, non-reactive surface that’s easy to clean and looks great in any kitchen.
This multi-layer process means your pan resists rust, locks in moisture for tender, flavorful cooking, and handles heat well without cracking or wearing down.
Do I need to season enameled cast iron?
Nope. The smooth, glass-like enamel coating means you don’t need to season it like traditional cast iron. It protects the pan from rust and makes cleaning a breeze.
Can I put my enameled cookware in the dishwasher?
While some enamel cookware is labeled dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing to protect the finish and keep your pan looking new for years.
