Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Damaged or Defective? 

Shipping heavy iron is tough work. If your piece arrives with a chip, a scratch, or any flaw, please do not return it. Just email us at support@castironwarehouse.com with a photo, and we will send you a replacement immediately. No arguments. No return shipping needed for damaged items.

The Return Policy

  • Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Cost: Returns are free for store credit. For refunds to the original payment method, we deduct a flat $9.99 to cover return shipping.

    How to Start a Return

    1. Email Us: Send a note to support@castironwarehouse.com with your Order # and reason for return.

    2. Get The Label: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions.

    3. Ship It: Pack the item securely (iron is heavy!), stick the label on the box, and drop it off.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the funds.

    Exchanges

    Need a different color or size? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order. We’ll get your new gear shipped out right away!
