Fast Fulfillment (Powered by Amazon) To get your cookware to you as fast as possible, we partner with Amazon’s nationwide logistics network to pack and ship your orders.
- Processing: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery: Once on the road, Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. (Note: During holidays, it might take a little longer. Thanks for your patience!)
Tracking Your Gear As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can watch its journey from our door to yours.
Need to Change Your Order? If you need to update an address or edit an order, please email support@castironwarehouse.com immediately. While we can’t guarantee we can catch it before it ships, we will do everything we can to help. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Where’s My Package? It’s rare, but sometimes carriers mark a package as "Delivered" before it actually arrives, or leave it in a hidden spot. If your tracking says delivered but your porch is empty, please look around and ask neighbors. If it’s still missing, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with our shipping partners to track it down or make it right.
