What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and a flat $9.99 return shipping fee per product will be deducted from your refund.

What is the warranty?

If your cookware arrives chipped, cracked or otherwise damaged, email a photo of the damage to support@castironwarehouse.com.

We’ll review it and arrange a replacement. In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item.
