Pros: cooks evenly, easy to clean, no sticking.Cons: first use it had heat marks on the finish. They didn’t come off. I use a regular gas stovetop burner on low. It shouldn’t get heat marks left behind. There are now all sorts of light spots on the brilliant purple. I’ve never had this happen before & I own MANY enamel pieces from multiple brands.
I used this pan almost every day to cook dinner. It is a solid pan and good for recipes that just make a couple of servings, which was what I was looking for. It heats well and my food has turned out well. I haven't had any issues with sticking as long as I use oil. It seems as if it is going to last a long time and it is a good value compared to similar name-brand pans. I'm happy with this pan.
