I'm enjoying making no-knead bread, but I wanted to make a loaf (rather than the boule) for sandwiches. The two-loaf pan combination makes a perfect environment for baking a perfect loaf.

This is an excellent braiser.Heats evenly, cleans up easily and the color options are gorgeous. For the price, I think this is better than LC.

Omg. These things are horrible, got these for my wife for Christmas. Both after several bakes are chipping whatever chemical nonsense you sprayed to coat these pans. They are not cast iron. What a HUGE, UNSAFE, disappointment

Have not used this yet, however, the shipping was very quick and the bread oven is really nice looking. Really nice color. It's heavier than I thought being cast iron. Can't wait to try it.
