The bread pan is perfect size for sourdough loaves. The shallow bottom makes it extremely easy to use. The enamel is holding up so far.

These are great quality and are perfect for making sourdough boules. The fit and finish is excellent, and the colors are beautiful. Absolutely a great alternative to the other very, very expensive brand. I do wish it was enameled inside for easier cleaning, but for the price I am very happy with my purchase.

Good pan. Great for sandwich sourdough. A nice crispy crust with good texture.
Excellent quality and durability at a more than reasonable price. Not convinced it will perform at a level any less than the expensive french chasseur brand if handled properly, meaning dont drop it, overheat the handles or use abusive metal cooking tools with it. So far has not chipped like my 3 week old Walmart Dutch Oven did after 3 very delicate uses, so then there's that. Will definitely buy more product.

Great pan! Just finished washing it and putting it away...made braised lamb shanks!! Perfect for cooking slow meals in the oven!
