12-Month Warranty
Cast Iron Warehouse cookware is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal, non-commercial use.
If a covered defect develops within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Enamel Defects: Chipping, flaking, or peeling caused by a manufacturing defect on enameled cookware.
- Structural Defects: Cracks in the cast iron body or faults affecting the handles or construction.
- Other Manufacturing Defects: Issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal use of the cookware.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear, including:
- Impact Damage: Chips, cracks, or other damage caused by dropping, knocking, or striking the cookware.
- Thermal Shock: Damage caused by sudden temperature changes, such as adding cold water to very hot cookware.
- Surface Damage: Scratches or marks caused by metal utensils, knives, steel wool, or abrasive cleaning products.
- Normal Wear: Cosmetic changes that develop through regular use and do not affect the cookware’s function.
