Cast Iron Warehouse provides a 12-month warranty on our enameled cast iron cookware, covering defects in materials, construction, and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use. This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Cast Iron Warehouse or from our authorised retailers.

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship that affect performance.

What’s Not Covered

• Misuse, overheating, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, discolouration) that doesn’t affect functionality.
• Damage from thermal shock, improper storage, or cleaning.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Commercial or professional use.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Damage from accidents, drops, or natural events.

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact support@castironwarehouse.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
2. If approved, we will either refund or replace the product.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
