Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Please allow a little extra time during holiday periods.

Need To Make A Change?

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@castironwarehouse.com.

We'll always do our best to help, however once an order has been processed for shipment, changes may no longer be possible.

Delivered But Not Received?

Occasionally carriers may mark a package as delivered before it arrives, or leave it in a safe location around your property.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate the package, please check around your home, with household members, neighbours, or your building office first.
