I bought this for my daughter and she loves it .She has done several loaves in it since receiving it and they have turned out perfect .
Beautiful kitchen tool. Well made. The kind of pan you leave on the stove because you use it so often. Really.
I used the aluminized steel bread pan, but the enameled cast iron is so much better.
The pans are good. Some are a little ruff, some cups are smooth? But they are fine and hopefully will improve with time.
I made yorkshire pudding in them and they were teriffic. Muffins, not so much, but will practice. I use lard on the cups with these, I won't do that again. Oil is good.

I baked my first loaf of no knead bread in this pot today and it turned out great. This pan is not only attractive but is clearly an excellent cast iron pot. I look forward to using it in many mores ways.

This pan has simplified my sourdough bread, baking. I put the dough in the pan for the final rise, then cover and bake for 25 minutes then uncover and bake another 20 minutes and I have a perfect loaf of bread that is perfect for sandwiches!
My oven is small, but I still wanted a way to increase my capacity. I make 900-920g loaves, and needed something to accommodate. These ovens are the PERFECT size: Light, easy to use, and allows me to put two more dutch ovens in my oven (more than an open bake would allow!). Some rice flour on the bottom to prevent burning, and the shape is PERFECT. Just bought 2 more!

I love this little loaf pan!! I’ve made several loads of bread with it already, and every single one has turned out perfectly! They only downside is that the loaves are so small, and the bread is so delicious, that I’m making bread more frequently than I want to. I just purchased the larger version of this loaf pan.

It took me a few tries to figure out how best to use it but now that I have, I love it. It is a little heavy but it is cast iron. I bake bread almost every other day and this baker works great especially to keep the shape of the loaf that I like. I am glad I found it and can now put away what I have assembled previously. On to making more bread.
Really cute and the smaller size works well for me. Sticking a few times at the beginning but fixed easily with a spray of oil.
