Changed your mind?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns are free when choosing store credit.

For refunds to the original payment method, a flat $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your cookware arrives chipped, cracked, or damaged in transit, please don't return it.

Simply email a photo to support@castironwarehouse.com and we'll organise a replacement or refund.

Email support@castironwarehouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions for returning your item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Need a different colour or size?

The quickest option is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
